Personal Brand Communications is strategic work. It supports conscious decisions about visibility and communication priorities and ensures that your communication activities are aligned with your overall brand direction. The work is structured as a 4-day strategy workshop. The SET-UP phase (1 day) focuses on understanding where you stand today and where you want to be. We analyse the current state of your visibility, define your vision and brand goals, clarify your communication goals, and set the relevant budget parameters. During the COMMUNICATION STRATEGY phase (2 days), we focus on how you achieve your communication goals. This includes defining your media target groups, selecting appropriate communication channels, developing your communication messaging, and creating a concrete action plan. The FINANCIALS phase (1 day) addresses how you allocate your budget and measure success. We define the budget allocation and the relevant KPIs to track communication effectiveness. The collaboration takes place in structured, joint working sessions. The result of our work is a personal brand communication strategy, summarized in your Personal Brand Communication Strategy Paper.

My fees are your investment in the future of your business.
Our collaboration is based on a signed offer with a detailed overview of your investment, your results, and a project schedule with all your reserved dates.
My consulting fees are based on a daily rate of EUR 1,300 and an hourly rate of EUR 130.00 in line with senior pricing in the German agency market.
My coaching fees follow the German average of EUR 175.00 per hour.
