With the Personal Identity Journey, you’ll explore what truly defines you — your Meaning in Life, your Signature Strengths, and your Personal Values. Together, we’ll turn this new self-awareness into the foundation for your personal brand, helping you build something that feels genuine, and entirely you.

Transfer your true self to your personal brand

Your Meaning in Life is the starting point for defining your brand’s purpose — the higher meaning that gives your work direction and significance. Applying your Signature Strengths and Personal Values to your brand identity gives clients a clear sense of how you work and what it’s like to collaborate with you.

Set the narrative for your storytelling

Based on the KAIROS model, we reflect on the course of your life — from the day you were born until today — identifying recurring events, activities, habits, and important milestones. The insights gained from this reflection help us craft the narrative foundation for your personal story — a story that reflects your true self and the purpose behind your work — and that best supports your business goals. This story can also serve as an overarching theme for your future storytelling, providing inspiration and direction for keynote speeches, podcasts, and social media content, and offering a solid foundation from which future business ideas can grow.

A personal story is so much more than your About-section on your website. While the About-section describes why you are the best partner to solve your clients problem and focuses on your experience, skills and facts, your personal story answers why you do what you do on a deeper level. It is part of the foundation of your brand and the seed from which future ideas and growth can flourish. It is linked to the purpose, vision and mission of your brand identity. By sharing the experiences that shaped you most you help your clients build trust and an emotional connection to you and your personal brand. Always remember: Emotions generally leave a longer-lasting impression than pure knowledge of skills and facts.¹

The science behind my new approach -
Positive Psychology in a nutshell

Positive Psychology is the science of what makes life worth living. Psychologist Christopher Peterson (2008) described it as “a scientific approach to studying human thoughts, feelings, and behavior — with a focus on strengths instead of weaknesses, building the good in life instead of repairing the bad, and taking the lives of average people up to ‘great’ instead of merely helping those who are struggling reach ‘normal’.”

The field explores the emotions and strengths that help people flourish — such as happiness, gratitude, resilience, compassion, and purpose — and examines how these qualities can create more supportive workplaces and communities.

Two of its founding figures, Martin Seligman and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, proposed in the late 1990s that psychology should broaden its scope: rather than focusing solely on treating mental illness and dysfunction, it should also study what enables people to thrive, find meaning, and live fulfilling lives.

In my work, I apply the principles of Positive Psychology to help you explore your core, shape the vision, and define the purpose of your personal brand. I also integrate Positive Interventions — practical, scientifically grounded exercises — throughout our collaboration whenever they can help you move through challenges, gain clarity, or find renewed motivation.

Authenticity arises when you know yourself. Lived authenticity begins when you find the courage and confidence to show yourself as you are. Over the course of our lives, we have the opportunity to become more and more the person we have always been.

My approach is built on a strong belief. Every compelling personal brand begins with the person behind it. That’s why our journey starts with exploring your personality — uncovering your strengths, values, and personal meaning in life. Through this process, you gain clarity about what defines you at your core — the inner foundation that later evolves into your brand’s identity.

Getting to know your core not only helps you build your personal brand; it also enhances your self-awareness and overall well-being. Meaning, Strengths, and Values are key areas of Positive Psychology that are closely linked to life satisfaction and lasting fulfillment.

Signature Strengths

Using at least four of your signature strengths in your daily life leads to a higher wellbeing. When you feel good you are more creative, see more opportunities and are able to come up with a broader range of solutions. Three factors which support your success.

Based on VIA Strength Finder® and your 24 character strengths, we identify and explore your signature strengths, these are the strengths which energize you and get you into flow. 

When you also create your Personal brand strategy with me we will transfer your signature strengths to your personal brand, and ask what benefits your clients will get from them.

Personal Values

Personal values ​​define what matters most to you and are never up for discussion. But if they are, you'll defend them with literally everything you have. Personal values ​​not only help you better understand your own behavior and make decisions, they are also often the cause of conflict within yourself and with others. Being aware of your personal values ​​is crucial for your inner balance and for understanding perspectives of others.

Based on the Value ​​Ranking® of German Society for Positive Psychology, we explore your personal values ​​to grow your self-awareness and empathy for others.

When you also create your Personal brand strategy with me we will transfer your values to your personal brand, and ask what they mean for your brand, work and collaborations.

Personal Meaning in Life

Your personal meaning in life is like the heavenly tent over your life and defines why you do what you do. Your meaning in life can be expressed in one single word and is true for every area of your life. It gives you orientation, helps you get through difficult times and make decisions. It gives meaning to your work and is closely linked with the purpose of your personal brand, provided you do what you truly love.

Based on the Positive Intervention “To be List” by German Association of Positive Psychology I help you find your meaning in life. 

When you also create your Personal brand strategy with me we will use your Meaning in Life as starting point to identify the purpose of your personal brand answering the question "What is the higher meaning of your work?"
