Dispute Resolution

The European Commission has discontinued its online public dispute resolution (ODR) as of July 20, 2025. Consumer complaints are now handled and submitted on a national basis. To resolve a legal problem outside of court, you can submit a complaint to the Danish public consumer complaints system "klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus" by sending an email to mff@naevneneshus.dk or by identifying yourself with MitID/CPR if you live in Denmark.
